Pike County draws it workforce from a seven county region that includes Pike, Crenshaw, Dale, Coffee, Barbour, Bullock and Montgomery Counties. Troy is home to Troy University, five public school career academies and eight other post-secondary institutions. Pike County has the workforce in place to sustain continued growth.
